We are a privately owned company with unlimited licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee. Many of our employees have been with us over 10 years. In fact, many of our top employees have been with us much longer. Our low turnover has created a family atmosphere with all employees committed to our Mission.
Our project managers are also our estimators. This requires them to be involved in the construction process often from the building·s conception through final job ·punch out.· We feel this leads to a higher quality product at the best possible price for our customers.
Our highly skilled field superintendents average over 20 years of experience. Under the leadership of our superintendents, our field workforce takes a hands on approach to construction with an attitude of caring about the product they deliver to the customer. Our field superintendents stress doing the job right the first time with safety in mind. This ·measure twice, cut once· attitude again leads to better quality and price for our customers. This attitude is also stressed to our subcontractors and material suppliers. We simply do not accept poor quality. Coram Construction offers our customers a wide range of construction experience. We have the workforce with the range of experience to build Projects from a small renovation to a metal office/warehouse facility to a 5-story building to an entire retirement campus. The construction value of these jobs ranges from $50,000.00 to $15,000,000.00.
We also offer our clients Design/Build services and will work with your architect or find you the right architect for the design of your project.
